Store Update / Important Info

This genuinely sucks so much but it is all my own fault for not understanding how printful(The manufacturer) order works.

I need to explain something regarding the merch store and why it’s been closed for now.

The current print-on-demand setup requires me to pay for each order upfront, after which the money the customer paid gets sent to my bank account.

Because of my current situation, (Living of welfare) that incoming money is counted as personal income on paper, even though it’s just passing through to cover production costs.

The result is that I would:

Pay for the customer’s order myself

Receive the order amount into my account

Have that amount counted as income

Lose the same amount (or more, If there was any profit) due to how swedens welfare rules see income. 

In short: every order would actually cost me money instead of earning or breaking even. That’s obviously not sustainable, so I’ve had to close the store while I look for a setup that works properly.

If you’ve already placed an order:
You don’t need to worry at all, your order will still be fulfilled and you will receive your merch as expected. I’ll cover it myself.

Thank you genuinely to everyone who supported the store. Those first orders meant a lot, even if the timing and system sucked. I’ll reopen merch once I’ve found a solution that doesn’t punish me for trying.
